It all started with an idea. We thought it would be fun to offer a flag charm with for our 4th of July SPA package back in early 2008. If you purchased that month’s featured Grooming Salon package, you’d get a free patriotic flag charm for your pal’s collar. We quickly learned that patriotism was only part of the reason for the popularity of this promotion.
