    GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: There will be one Grand Prize Winner, which will be determined by a Petco panel. Winner will be selected based on originality, technical excellence, composition, overall impact, and artistic merit.
    RIIIIIIIGHT!!!????? I know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but this contest sure looks rigged to me. I see no technical excellence, composition, or artistic merit in the choice that has been made for the Grand Prize.
