My daughter got a Keeshhound she is a great puppy, but however she isnt doing to good at training her it is becoming a horror show , I am not there long enough to do this for her, as I have crate trained my own cockerpoo with no problems, I have a puppy that is waiting to do one or both out side or inside she has messed on my furniture as well , I am just about ready to scream and am sick of cleaning and renting and throwing out and re buying my stuff

I just rescued a 2 yr old terrier mix. We brought him home Jan 8, 2012. He did great his first week. He was in the house from 8am to 5:30 pm and was let outside at 12:30 pm to potty. I then came home from work around 5:30 pm and he would go outside and potty. Since then, my husband and I have been home a lot more with him. Now when we leave him in the house for a short period of time by himself he has been pooping in the house. I came home Friday after he had been home alone for 4 hrs and he pooped in the house and shredded a magazine. Today I have been home with him all day, and I have taken him outside many, many times and he pooped in the bedroom. Not sure why he is now pooping in the house and how to correct this. Every time he potties I always say ” good job, yea” and we come inside and I give him a small treat. Any suggestions?
    Thank you. Jenny

We have a 13-15 week old Pom. We have been doing the kennel training with him from the start. He does get potty breaks sometimes during the day when my boyfriend can home on lunch. He was doing good and has a few accidents here and there still. Now we think he is getting lazy and peeing by the back door. The No Go spray doesn’t work. He also bites at your pant leg when you walk and have tried to get him to stop. He is also getting better at not biting and we go taught a trick from the vet on that. He won’t leave the cats alone and harasses them when he is out. What can we do to have a sweet puppy? What age are they allowed to start being left out of the kennel? Is it cause he still so young?
