At first this story broke my heart, I am so happy that Nico is on his way to a loving home and famliy. I have four dogs two of which are pit bulls. To come home from work to be greeted with undying love and affection is the greatest gift anyone can receive.Nico you and the many others will be in my thoughts and prayers everyday.Yay you!!!

I have been watching Nico’s story since his plea for help at the shelter. It broke my heart. I live in Ontario Canada where we have a Pit Bill Ban! The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! These dogs are who they are because of the irresponsible humans who own them. I too do Rescue Transporting, many of the dogs come from the U.S. but we’re not allowed to bring in Pit’s. I’m so glad Nico has found his way to a better place. He will find his forever home one day as well as Jughead and the many others who are in need. Transporting to me is the most rewarding thing to me. I can’t foster as I have many of my own… There is always a need for more transporters!! Please pass this story on to everyone you know! It just may bring a few more helpers!

Nico’s story is so touching. I hope you are able to publish more rescue stories in the future
